Accessories Executive(Sales)-Female

Key Purpose

The role is to promote and sell accessories to customers. You will assist customers in selecting the right accessories for their vehicles, provide product knowledge, and deliver exceptional customer service to drive accessory sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Customer Consultation:

Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for accessories.

Provide expert advice and recommendations on suitable accessories based on the customer's vehicle type and requirements.

Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, highlighting the value they add to their vehicles.

2. Sales and Product Promotion:

Actively promote accessories during the vehicle sales process to maximize upselling opportunities.

Highlight the benefits of various accessories and explain their compatibility with specific vehicle models.

Communicate pricing, discounts, and promotional offers to customers.

Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations to create interest and generate sales.

3. Sales Process and Documentation:

Assist customers in completing accessory sales transactions, including pricing, invoicing, and documentation.

Coordinate with the accessories department and other relevant departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accessory sales transactions.

4. Customer Service and Support:

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a prompt and professional manner.

Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with their purchased accessories.

Handle any customer complaints or issues effectively and strive for satisfactory resolutions.

5. Product Knowledge and Training:

Stay updated on the latest automotive accessories, features, and trends in the industry.

Attend training sessions and product presentations to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Share product knowledge and updates with colleagues and customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
