• Sales Management:
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Managing sales teams and providing training and guidance.
• Analyzing sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.

• Managing customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Inventory Management:
• Ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet demand and minimize losses.
• Overseeing the ordering, receiving, and storage of accessories.
• Managing inventory control and loss prevention.
• Operational Management:
• Overseeing the daily operations of the business, including sales, customer service, and merchandising.
• Developing and implementing operational procedures.
• Managing budgets and expenses.
• Ensuring a clean, organized, and appealing retail environment.
• Marketing & Promotion:
• Developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote accessories.
• Managing social media and online presence.
• Participating in trade shows and industry events.
• Other:
• Vendor management and relationship building.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and new product releases.
• Training and development of sales staff.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,097.53 - ₹30,000.00 per month
