Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accessibility Test Manager / Architect to lead accessibility testing initiatives for web and mobile applications, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and enhancing digital inclusion. The role involves planning, executing, and reporting accessibility tests, as well as providing recommendations for improving accessibility across digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead accessibility testing for web and mobile applications, preferably in the banking domain.
Evaluate applications to ensure accessibility for people with disabilities using automated tools (BrowserStack, Evinced, JAWS, TalkOver) and manual testing techniques.
Implement and ensure compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and other relevant accessibility standards.
Conduct usability testing with individuals with disabilities and gather qualitative data to inform design improvements.
Document and report accessibility issues, providing detailed descriptions and guidance for remediation.
Collaborate closely with development teams to resolve accessibility issues and improve product compliance.
Stay up-to-date with accessibility technologies, tools, and legislation.
Provide recommendations and solutions to improve the accessibility of digital content.
Create and maintain comprehensive accessibility reports and dashboards.
