We are seeking an Accessibility Solutions Expert to join our team and evaluatethe performance of our automated accessibility platform. In this role, you will review theanalysis generated on various digital resources, ensuring that the metrics are accurate andaligned with end-user expectations. Your expert feedback will be essential in refining thesoftware's user experience and optimizing its effectiveness in both audit and remediationfunctionalities.Key Responsibilities
Review and Evaluate: Analyze the automated accessibility reports generated by our platformacross different digital resources. Validate whether the provided metrics and data pointsaccurately reflect the accessibility status as experienced by end users.Feedback & Improvement: Provide clear, actionable feedback on the analysis to ensure it meetsuser expectations. Identify areas where the platform's user interface and overall usability can beenhanced.Collaboration: Work closely with product development, UX/UI teams, and other stakeholders torelay insights and recommendations. Participate in regular review sessions to discuss feedbackand track improvements.Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed reports summarizingevaluation findings, including suggestions for software enhancements. Maintaindocumentation of feedback trends to help guide future product updates. Prepare VPAT andACR.Stay Informed: Keep current with industry best practices, accessibility standards (such asWCAG, ADA, and Section 508), and emerging technologies in automated accessibility testing.Serve as a subject matter expert to advise on how evolving standards can be integrated into ourplatform's metrics.Qualifications
Expertise in Accessibility: Deep understanding of digital accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG,ADA, Section 508) and best practices. Familiarity with automated accessibility testing tools andmethodologies.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to assess data-driven metrics and translatefindings into actionable recommendations. Experience in evaluating digital tools and softwareinterfaces for accuracy and user experience.Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearlyarticulate feedback and technical details to cross-functional teams. Proven experience workingin collaborative environments to drive product improvements.Preferred Background:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UXDesign, Accessibility Studies, or a related field. Professional certifications or training inaccessibility are a plus.
