Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Accent Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will help enhance the communication skills of our students and staff by training them in neutral or international English pronunciation, fluency, and diction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train students and staff in neutral/standard English accent
• Conduct engaging sessions on pronunciation, intonation, and voice modulation
• Design and implement training modules focused on communication fluency
• Provide individual and group feedback to improve speaking clarity and confidence
• Monitor progress and adjust training approaches accordingly
• Collaborate with academic staff to integrate communication development into the curriculum

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Linguistics, or a related field
• Certification in Accent Training / Voice & Accent / Phonetics
• Excellent command over English with clear, neutral pronunciation
• Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills
• Passion for teaching and developing communication skills in learners

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
