Job Title: Product Trainer
Experience Level: Intern
Location: Bengaluru, IN
About the Role:
We’re seeking a passionate Product Trainer intern to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, delivering, and improving training programs that empower our teams and clients with the knowledge they need to use our products effectively. You’ll work closely with product, sales, and support teams to ensure comprehensive and engaging training materials and sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct training sessions (both virtual and in-person) for internal teams and partners to deepen product knowledge and drive effective product usage.
  • Develop and update training materials such as user guides, video tutorials, self-paced learning modules, presentations, and FAQs to ensure current and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with the product and support teams to stay up-to-date on new features, enhancements, and product changes.
  • Gather feedback from training participants to continuously improve content and delivery methods.
  • Design assessments, quizzes, and interactive exercises to reinforce learning and measure knowledge retention.
  • Support onboarding programs by introducing new hires to product functionality and best practices.


Job Requirement

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to break down complex information for diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving needs.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather feedback and continuously improve training materials and processes.
Preferred Skills:
  • 1-2 years of experience in product training, instructional design, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with product training tools and platforms (LMS experience is a plus).
  • Experience with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Premier Pro, Camtasia).
  • Exposure to the software/tech industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, promoting a collaborative learning environment.
