Academic Writer intern

About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Content Writer (Academic) to join our academic content development team. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or early professionals passionate about writing, research, and education. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts to create engaging, accurate, and well-structured academic content in the fields of Science, Finance, or Psychology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and structure academic materials such as course syllabi, lesson plans, study guides, and research summaries.
• Conduct in-depth research using credible academic sources and synthesize information into easy-to-understand learning content.
• Edit and proofread academic documents for grammar, clarity, tone, and consistency.
• Ensure all content aligns with academic standards and citation styles (APA, MLA, or Chicago).
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and editors to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Stay updated with new research trends and educational methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Finance, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 0–1 year of experience in academic writing, content creation, or curriculum development.
• Strong research and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with academic citation styles and research tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with content tools like Grammarly, Google Docs, or MS Word.
• Understanding of instructional design or educational pedagogy.
• Portfolio or writing samples showcasing academic work (if available).
