Training Delivery (Core)

• Conduct teacher trainings in Marathi across tribal regions of Maharashtra.
• Deliver Math & Science content using activity/STEM-based and real-life strategies.
• Use digital tools (Google tools, videos, interactive platforms) for effective delivery.

Preparation & Orientation

• Attend KEF training/mentoring sessions on content & pedagogy.
• Prepare thoroughly to ensure engaging, culturally relevant sessions.

TLM & Content Support

• Adapt/use low-cost, local TLMs for concept clarity.
• Share feedback for content contextualization.

Field Engagement & Reflection

• Engage with teachers/facilitators to address needs.
• Share feedback and best practices with KEF team.
