Oversee complete employee life cycle management, including onboarding, probation, confirmation, engagement, grievance handling, and exit formalities, while ensuring effective employee relations and smooth HR operations. Years of Experience · Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, with preferred experience in Education-based NGOs/Development Sector Recruitment skills – sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding. Employee relations – handling queries, grievances, and communication. Time management & organization – ensuring HR tasks are completed within timelines. Documentation & compliance orientation – accuracy in letters, employee records, policies.
