Recognized as an Institute of National Importance (INI) under the FDDI Act 2017, FDDI specializes in the fields of Footwear, Leather Goods, Fashion, and Retail Industry.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Academic Staff at FDDI, located in Chhindwara. The responsibilities include delivering lectures, creating lesson plans, conducting research, and providing training and mentorship to students. The role also involves developing educational materials, participating in academic committees, and supporting continuous curriculum development.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Analytical Skills
• Experience in Education, including lesson planning and curriculum development
• Research capabilities in relevant fields
• Ability to provide Training and mentorship to students
• Master's or higher degree in a related field
• Previous experience in the footwear, leather goods, fashion, or retail industry is a plus
