Job Description

We are looking for passionate Academic Specialists to design and deliver high-quality training for competitive exam aspirants. The role involves teaching, mentoring, and continuously updating oneself with evolving exam patterns to ensure exceptional learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver engaging sessions in Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning or Verbal Ability, Reading Comprehension, Grammar, Critical Reasoning 2. Track student performance and provide structured feedback 3. Mentor and guide students to improve test performance 4. Contribute to academic planning, batch coordination, and doubt-clearing support Training Programs Covered - CAT, BANK, IPM, CLAT, GRE, GMAT, Experience teaching for CAT/BANK exams will be an added advantage.

Required Qualifications

1. Strong communication and analytical abilities 2. Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring students 3. Background in education, research, or test-prep preferred 4. Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills 5. Passion for student success and pedagogy 6. masters degree in a relevant field (preferred)
