Location:

The position, though based in Chennai, will require the candidate to be willing to travel ~ throughout India, liaising with educational institutions and stakeholders of the parent company.

Kruu Inc is a fast growing education company linking universities and top corporate institutions directly to students aged 13-19 for project-based learning. The company is now working across 5 countries, and is poised to develop mentoring, internships and further opportunities for deserving students registered on its platform.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Relationship Manager with institutional experience to develop and maintain strategic relationships with key institutional clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, building strong relationships, and providing exceptional client service.

1. Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including universities, colleges, and other educational institutions.

- Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure exceptional client service. 2. Account Management:

- Manage a portfolio of institutional accounts, ensuring timely resolution of client issues and concerns.

- Conduct regular business reviews, provide market insights, and identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell our services

3. FACULTY MENTORING:

- Connect with the faculty every week and check on their progress.

- Check on the quality of delivery and give constructive feedback

- Clarify doubts and ensure there is preparedness in each faculty before their scheduled sessions

- Motivate the faculty to meet deadlines in terms of cocoon uploads and documentation as expected.

- Schedule training sessions and ensure they are documented.

- Follow up on low performing faculty, check for reasons and try plugging the gaps

- Provide constant documented feedback to low performers.

- Provide constant motivational feedback for faculty who are consistently performing well

- Recommend faculty for the Award every month to the selection committee.

4. Events Coordination

- Consult with the team and arrive at a decision on events to be organized for all the partner schools during the academic year.

- Discuss with the Delivery Team and arrive at a budget for each of the events planned for a term and submit the same for approval to the Head of Delivery.

- Submission for approval is to be done 15 days before the commencement of the session every term.

- Prepare a backward design plan for all events involving all steps of execution.

(Briefing of the event to our faculties so that they can handle queries)

*Entries of participation from the school is documented and followed upon

*Social media posts leading to the event.

Location: Onsite, Chennai Office.

Pay Scale: 4.0LPA to 4.6LPA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹460,000.00 per year
