As an Academic Mentor at Sisya Class, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between short-term programs and students" long-term academic success. Your responsibilities will encompass providing academic and emotional support to students, assisting teachers during sessions, addressing parent queries effectively, and driving sales conversions by promoting long-term educational programs. Key Responsibilities: - Clarify homework doubts and actively support student progress. - Discuss student progress and elucidate the features of Sisya Class. - Effectively resolve parent queries to ensure satisfaction. - Achieve the assigned sales target through persuasive communication. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology, Coding/Robotics, and English. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build connections with students and parents. - Sales and persuasion skills, particularly in the context of EdTech products. - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to follow up efficiently.
