In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting students in their academic journey by providing academic and emotional assistance, aiding teachers during sessions, addressing parent inquiries, and driving sales by advocating long-term programs. Your primary responsibilities will include clarifying homework doubts, monitoring student progress, elaborating on Sisya Class features, effectively handling parent queries, and meeting specified sales targets. To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology, Coding/Robotics, and English, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Moreover, your ability to establish connections with both students and parents, coupled with a knack for sales and persuasion, particularly in the EdTech sector, will be crucial. Demonstrating excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to follow-ups will further contribute to your success in this position.
