Academic Manager

As an Academic Manager- OCFP (Orchids Career Foundation Program) at ORCHIDS The International School (K12 Techno Services Pvt Ltd), you will be responsible for conducting Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry classes for grades 6 to 12. Your primary focus will be on enhancing student performance and improvement in these subjects. In addition to teaching, you will also prepare assessment papers, guide students for competitive exams, and conduct IIT JEE foundation classes up to grade 10. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about teaching and have a strong content knowledge and conceptual understanding of Maths, Physics & Chemistry. As part of our team, you will play a key role in fostering scientific temper and stimulating interest in STEM subjects among students. Excellent communication skills and a willingness to grow within the organization and take up leadership roles are essential traits we are seeking in candidates. This position is based in Mumbai and Pune, offering a CTC of 7.5 LPA.
