Responsibilities:

• Supporting learners growth and delivering outcomes in an academic setting.
• Interview and B2B Operations.
• Driving placements and learners’ supply for industry demands
• Structuring training and company-specific preparations for the learners.
• High face time with leadership team, along with sales and marketing partnerships

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience

  in data-oriented or program management roles.
• Strong understanding of data analytics tools and workflows (

  SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, Power BI

  ).
• Familiarity with

  cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Proven experience in team management —

  leading academic or operations teams

  is mandatory.
• Experience in

  teaching, mentoring, or prior work in EdTech

  is preferred (but not mandatory).
• Solid understanding of program management principles and the ability to manage multiple academic streams simultaneously.
