Qualifications

• Strong counseling and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of academic programs and career pathways
• Experience in student guidance and counseling
• Ability to provide support and encouragement to students
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational software
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or related field
• Previous experience in the education or training industry is a plus
