Responsibilities:
- Counsel students/parents on study abroad options. - Recommend suitable countries, universities, and courses. - Guide students through applications, documentation, and visa process. - Follow up regularly to ensure admissions conversion. -Maintain student records accurately. - Coordinate with partner universities and internal teams. - Meet counseling and enrollment targets.
Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years experience in counseling/telle calling/education or customer service. - Minimum education: 12th pass (higher preferred). - Good communication in Malayalam & English. - Basic computer and email knowledge. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Polite, confident, and supportive attitude.
