Responsibilities:
*Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential students and clients.
*Provide detailed information about IT training courses, fees, and admissions.
*Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into enrollments.
*Assist with resolving any queries related to the training programs.
*Maintain and update the student database and call logs.
*Achieve monthly enrollment targets.
Requirements:
*Minimum of 1 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the education or IT sector.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to achieve sales targets.
*Strong knowledge of IT training programs.
*Salary 20,000 plus incentives,salary vary depending on relevant experience.
*Immediate joining preferred.
