Experience:1 year to 2 year

Looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and initiator Academic counselor for our branch office at Madurai.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Guidance: Provide one-on-one counseling to students, helping them select appropriate academic programs, courses, and career paths related to AR/VR and AI.
• Assist students with course registration, understanding course requirements, and creating personalized academic plans.
• Workshops and Events: Organize and lead career counseling sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance student awareness.
• Lead Generation Through Field Activities:

Engage in on-ground activities to identify and generate potential leads. Ensure effective follow-up and conversion of leads into opportunities. Relationship Building

• Convert leads into admission
• Following up with hot leads and maintaining continuous communication to convert them into admissions.

Skills:

• Knowledge of academic programs in AR/VR and AI.
• Counseling skills and the ability to provide emotional support to students.
• Familiarity with academic software and student databases.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Tele calling experience (Mandatory)
• Perform additional tasks related to admissions and coordination

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
