As an Academic Counselor, you will play a vital role in helping individuals make informed decisions about their education, training, and career pathways.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Counsel students on academic programs, eligibility, and career opportunities.
Convert inquiries into admissions by effectively closing leads.
Follow up with leads regularly via calls, emails, or messages until admission is completed.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
Work with the admissions team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Build trust and long-term relationships with students and parents.
