Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Academic Counselor. The role is on-site and is located in Bengaluru. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for daily student counseling tasks, including providing career counseling and academic advising. They will assist students in identifying their academic and career goals, and guide them through the education pathways best suited for these goals. Additionally, they will be expected to maintain open and clear communication with students to understand their needs and provide appropriate support.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Academic Advising and Education experience
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
