Job Description

Responsibilities:

Offer confidential counselling on academics - JEE/NEET
Guide students on course selection, career options, and higher education.
Conduct workshops on well-being, study skills, and life skills.
Handle crisis situations and refer to external specialists when needed.
Collaborate with faculty, parents, and administration for student support.

Requirements:

Degree.
1–5 years of counselling experience (preferably in education).
Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Must be proficient in Malayalam and English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
