About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Career Counselor (Sales) to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the EdTech sector, with strong communication skills and the ability to convert leads into enrollments.

As a Career Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding students, professionals, and parents to choose the right educational programs while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and working professionals about suitable courses and career paths.
• Manage leads from various sources (calls, emails, online inquiries, etc.).
• Convert inquiries into enrollments by building trust and rapport.
• Maintain detailed records of student interactions and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
• Provide end-to-end guidance from inquiry to successful admission.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech sales/counseling (mandatory).
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to understand student needs and recommend appropriate courses.
• Target-oriented with a passion for career guidance and student success.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory).
