Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor, located in Kozhikode. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for guiding students regarding their education and career options, providing academic advising, and assisting with the study abroad application process. Day-to-day tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, helping students identify their academic and career interests, and providing information on educational programs and opportunities abroad. The role also involves coordinating with educational institutions and maintaining accurate records of student interactions.

Qualifications

• Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education
• Outstanding Communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Experience in the education consultancy industry is a plus
