Academic Counselor

We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive / Junior Academic Counsellor for our Jayanagar branch. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Kannada, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and enjoy interacting with students and parents.

You will play a key role in guiding prospective students about our digital marketing courses and helping them make informed career decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
• Counsel students on course offerings, benefits, and career outcomes.
• Follow up with leads to drive course enrollments.
• Maintain lead and follow-up data using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams.
• Build and maintain a positive relationship with students and parents.
• Assist in organizing in-house seminars and student meetups when required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Fluent in English and Kannada (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passionate about education and career counselling.
• Prior experience in sales, counselling, or academic advising is a plus.
• Should be from or willing to travel to Jayanagar, Bangalore regularly.
• Ability to work independently and meet enrollments.
• Comfortable working in a student-facing role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
