Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor Intern located in Noida. The Academic Counselor Intern will be responsible for providing support and guidance to students, assisting with career counseling, and offering academic advice. Day-to-day tasks will include meeting with students individually or in groups, assessing their needs, and developing personalized educational plans. The intern will also help students navigate academic schedules, provide resources for educational growth, and support students in achieving their academic and career goals.

• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education
• Ability to build rapport with students and provide empathetic support
• Proficiency in creating individualized plans for students' academic success
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
