Responsibilities:

• Effectively counsel learners and clients on our products and services to drive engagement and conversions
• Ensure stable and growth-oriented cash flow across assigned branches
• Maintain consistent communication with learners across multiple channels
• Strategically manage sales pipelines to maximize conversions
• Prepare and submit sales reports while contributing to business growth initiatives
• Improve and streamline sales automation processes
• Guide and support junior counselors in achieving their targets
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and manage potential business risks
• Research and explore new markets and business opportunities
• Deliver a high-quality experience to learners, mentors, and clients
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly admission targets
• Manage and enhance the overall learning experience for enrolled learners

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven understanding of education-based counseling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking with a sound understanding of business and financial terms
• Excellent time management, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
• Prior experience working in a startup ecosystem
• Bonus: Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and market trends
