Academic Counselor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and student-focused Academic Counselor to manage the complete admissions process for prospective students. The role involves handling inquiries, conducting follow-ups, and converting leads into enrollments while providing professional and supportive guidance to students.

Note: A short self-introduction video must be submitted as part of the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and suggest suitable programs based on their career goals
• Explain program details, benefits, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures clearly
• Guide students from the initial inquiry stage until successful enrollment
• Achieve monthly targets for counseling sessions, conversions, and enrollments
• Communicate with students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings
• Maintain regular and timely follow-ups to improve conversion rates
• Update and maintain accurate student information in the CRM system
• Coordinate with marketing, academic, and support teams to ensure a smooth admission process

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, admissions, education sales, or a similar role
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand student needs and recommend appropriate programs
• Target-oriented with good follow-up and organizational skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools

• Bachelor’s degree (Required)
• Submission of a short self-introduction video (Mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
