Academic Counselor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and student-oriented Academic Counselor to manage the complete admissions journey for prospective students. The role involves handling inquiries, conducting structured follow-ups, and achieving monthly enrollment targets while delivering a positive and supportive counseling experience.

Note: Submission of a short self-introduction video is mandatory as part of the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide counseling to prospective students and suggest suitable programs based on their career goals
Clearly explain program features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and admission proceduresGuide students from initial inquiry through to successful enrollmentAchieve monthly targets related to counseling sessions, lead conversions, and enrollmentsCommunicate with students via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetingsEnsure consistent and timely follow-ups to improve conversion ratesMaintain accurate student records and update CRM systems regularlyCoordinate with marketing, academic, and support teams to ensure a seamless admissions process

Requirements & Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, admissions, education sales, or a related role
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong ability to assess student requirements and recommend appropriate programsTarget-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skillsComfortable using CRM systems and digital communication toolsSubmission of a short self-introduction video is mandatoryBachelor’s degree is required

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
