Academic Counselor

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective students through the complete admissions process. This role involves managing inquiries, maintaining structured follow-ups, and achieving monthly enrollment targets while providing a positive and supportive counseling experience.

Note: Submission of a short self-introduction video is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable academic programs based on their career goals
• Clearly explain program details, benefits, eligibility, and admission procedures
• Guide students from initial inquiry through successful enrollment
• Achieve monthly counseling, conversion, and enrollment targets
• Communicate with students via phone, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings
• Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups to improve lead conversion rates
• Maintain accurate student records and CRM data
• Coordinate with marketing, academic, and support teams to ensure a smooth admissions process

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, admissions, education sales, or a similar role
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to understand student needs and suggest appropriate programs
• Target-driven, organized, and proactive in follow-up management
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools
• Mandatory submission of a short self-introduction video
• Bachelor’s degree required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
