Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Follow up on leads generated through various sources (online inquiries, walk-ins, education fairs, digital campaigns). Engage and nurture prospective students via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person counseling sessions. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets by converting qualified leads to enrolled students. Provide accurate information about the courses, fee structure, career outcomes, scholarship options, and eligibility criteria. Assist students and parents in the entire admission process – from inquiry to enrollment. Maintain a positive relationship with prospects through professional and timely communication. Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system. Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review. Coordinate with marketing teams to optimize lead quality and quantity. Work closely with faculty and administration to align student expectations with program offerings.
