Academic Counselor - (Bengaluru)

• Counsel prospective students (and parents) about available programs, eligibility, and admission procedures.
• Handle walk-in inquiries, inbound/outbound calls, and online leads to drive admissions.
• Follow up regularly with interested candidates to convert leads into enrollments.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM tools.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly admission targets.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional events to represent the institute.
• Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new students.
• Stay updated with course structures, fees, and other institutional information to provide accurate guidance.
