Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counsellor (cum Telecaller) located in Noida. The role involves providing academic and career counseling to students, assisting them in selecting suitable universities and courses, and guiding them through the study abroad process. Day-to-day tasks include answering student inquiries, conducting counseling sessions, providing personalized advice, and maintaining communication with students through phone calls and emails.

Qualifications

• Skills in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising
• Excellent Communication skills
• Knowledge in the field of Education
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Experience in academic advising or career counseling is a plus
