Job Description (JD) for Academic Counsellor
1. Counsel the students and parents with detailed information about the college, courses and programs offered, including eligibility criteria and the admission process.
2. Assist students in identifying academic goals and guide them in making informed decisions.
3. Maintain accurate and updated student records and interactions using CRM.
4. Stay updated with current trends in education, admission criteria, and course offerings.
5. Maintain regular contact with students through phone calls and WhatsApp to provide support, follow-ups, and timely updates regarding their academic journey and admission process.
6. Guide the students through the application and enrollment process.
7. Help the students with documentation and payment procedures.
8. Coordinate with the particular team to achieve desired results.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
