Role Description

This is a full-time Academic Counsellor position based on-site in Bengaluru. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for engaging with prospective and current students to provide academic advising, guide them through career counseling, and address their educational needs. Responsibilities include evaluating student goals, providing personalized advice, and supporting learners in making informed decisions about their academic and career paths. The role involves regular interactions with students, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth educational journey.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Student Counseling and Academic Advising to guide learners effectively
Strong oral and written Communication skills to engage with students and stakeholders
Experience in Career Counseling and providing guidance aligned with industry trends
Background in education or a related field, with the ability to understand diverse learning needs
Passion for helping students achieve their academic and career aspirations
Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a Master’s degree preferred
Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
