Academic Counsellor-K12 (JEE)

As an Academic Counsellor - Direct Sales at LearnLab Education Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in transforming school education through innovative digital learning solutions. With 3 to 4 years of experience in B2C EdTech or academic counselling, you will be responsible for conducting home visits to counsel students and parents, showcasing our learning programs, and converting leads into enrollments. Your key responsibilities will include visiting student homes for scheduled counselling sessions and product demonstrations, educating parents and students on our personalized learning programs for Kindergarten to Grade 12, identifying learning gaps, achieving monthly targets for enrolments and revenue, following up on leads generated through telecalling or marketing events, maintaining accurate lead data using CRM tools, and collaborating with telecalling and marketing teams to optimize conversions. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi, have in-depth knowledge of CBSE, ICSE, or State Board curriculum, be comfortable with local travel for home visits across Hyderabad, and demonstrate proficiency in CRM tools like Zoho/LeadSquared and MS Office. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related fields is preferred, along with experience in the K9K12 segment or parent counselling. Proven success in field-based education sales or demo-based conversions will be an added advantage. At LearnLab Education Pvt.
