Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and professionals on the available training programs based on their interests, career goals, and skills.
Provide information about the courses, technologies, and career benefits.
Assist in identifying the most suitable training programs for prospective candidates.
Explain program structures, timelines, and outcomes effectively.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, inquiries, and referrals to convert them into enrolments.
Maintain and update the counselling database.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in any field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to inspire confidence.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
Prior experience in counselling or customer service is an advantage.
