Academic Counsellor

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Academic Counselor to guide prospective students through the entire admissions process. The role involves managing inquiries, maintaining structured follow-ups, and achieving monthly enrollment targets while delivering a positive and supportive counseling experience.

Note: Submission of a short self-introduction video is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and recommend academic programs aligned with their career goals.
• Clearly explain program details, benefits, eligibility, and admission procedures.
• Guide students from initial inquiry to successful enrollment.
• Achieve monthly counseling, conversion, and enrollment targets.
• Communicate with students via phone, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
• Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups to maximize lead conversion.
• Maintain accurate student records and CRM data.
• Coordinate with marketing, academic, and support teams to ensure a smooth admissions process.

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, admissions, education sales, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
• Target-driven, organized, and proactive in follow-up management.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
• Mandatory: Submission of a short self-introduction video.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
