Position Overview:
The Primary Coordinator will be responsible for organizing, managing, and overseeing a variety of school events and activities for students in the primary grades. This includes academic events, co-curricular programs, school celebrations, field trips, and other enrichment activities that contribute to a well-rounded student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate school-wide activities and events for primary students.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Manage logistics, including communication with vendors, transportation arrangements, and permission slips.
• Encourage student participation and creativity through engaging programs.
• Maintain records, budgets, and feedback reports for activities.
• Serve as a point of contact for parents regarding event-related matters.
• Ensure that all activities comply with school policies and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Prior experience working in a school setting, especially in organizing events or coordinating programs.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for student development.
