Key Responsibilities:

• Lead curriculum planning aligned with CBSE & IB PYP/MYP.
• Integrate Shrutham’s academic methodology into daily planning.
• Prepare unit planners, timetables & subject mapping.
• Oversee teacher recruitment, induction & training.
• Develop academic documentation (SOPs, handbooks, trackers).
• Monitor teaching practices & assessments.
• Design assessment strategies & align reporting systems.
• Engage with parents through orientations & workshops.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree + B.Ed. (mandatory).
• IB PYP/MYP certification (preferred).
• 5–7 years teaching + 2 years leadership/coordinator role.
• Strong curriculum planning & team management.
• Tech-savvy with Google Workspace & LMS knowledge.
• Experience in school setup/IB authorization is an advantage.
