Role Responsibilities Coordinate academic programs and initiatives to enhance student learning. Develop and maintain program curriculum and educational materials. Collaborate with educators to ensure effective program delivery. Monitor and evaluate student academic performance and engagement. Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to students and faculty. Organize academic events, workshops, and training sessions. Assist in the development of academic policies and standards. Work closely with faculty to facilitate academic support services. Engage with students to address academic concerns and feedback. Maintain accurate records of student progress and outcomes. Implement best practices in academic advisement and counseling. Stay updated on educational trends and innovations. Facilitate communication between students, parents, and faculty. Support accreditation and compliance efforts in academic programs. Participate in internal and external academic committees. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. Proven experience in academic program coordination or administration. Strong understanding of curriculum development processes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in data analysis and educational assessment. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Commitment to continuous professional development. Experience in educational event planning and coordination. Familiarity with educational technology tools. Experience in mentoring or advising students. Knowledge of current educational policies and regulations. Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
