As an Academic Coordinator at Millennium Group, your responsibilities will include providing training in curriculum implementation, conducting center visits for operational support, carrying out regular Academic audits, organizing orientation programs for parents and teachers, and maintaining high standards of quality at the assigned centers. Regular mentoring sessions and teacher trainings are vital aspects of the role, ensuring that centers adhere to LMEPL norms. The Academic Coordinator will be based in Guwahati and oversee operations in the North East territory, with a requirement to travel for 15 days in a month. Desired Skills: - Excellent command over English - Familiarity with the preschool industry - Knowledge of Preschool Franchising (an added advantage) - Comfortable with frequent travel - Well-versed with early childhood curriculum This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, life insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
