Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Academic Coordinator to support academic operations and ensure smooth execution of our programs. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of PSC/SSC/KAS exam requirements, demonstrate high adaptability to technology, and be capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Academic Support & Coordination
  • Understand the structure, requirements, and preparation strategies for PSC/SSC/KAS examinations.
  • Assist the Academic Manager in planning, organizing, and executing academic programs.
  • Coordinate with faculty, mentors, and students to ensure timely delivery of sessions, assessments, and study materials.
  • Technology & ERP Management
  • Learn and efficiently operate the company’s ERP system.
  • Generate, manage, and analyze academic and operational reports from the ERP.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with academic workflows.
  • Operations & Execution
  • Monitor academic schedules, assessments, and student progress.
  • Resolve academic and operational queries in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Ensure seamless execution of academic activities, both online and offline.
  • Flexibility & Continuous Learning
  • Willingness to work extended or flexible hours during critical academic cycles.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new academic methods, exam patterns, and internal processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of PSC/SSC/KAS-level examinations.
  • Excellent tech adaptability; prior experience with ERP or LMS platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with commitment and ownership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
