You will be joining SILICA, a division of Edit Systems Pvt Ltd, a renowned institute known for providing coaching and guidance for various design entrance exams such as NID, IIT-CEED, NIFT, NATA/JEE (B.Arch). Your role at SILICA will involve engaging with students, parents, and faculty members to ensure academic success. You will be responsible for monitoring and enhancing the academic performance of students, offering guidance and mentorship to both students and parents, and implementing academic processes at the center. Keeping track of attendance, class test marks, and other essential records using ERP and Excel/Google Sheets will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will address parental queries and concerns, contribute to the day-to-day administrative tasks of the center, and collaborate effectively within a team to offer support whenever necessary. To excel in this role, you should possess strong English communication skills, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, a collaborative mindset for team-based work, a keen focus on delivering exceptional customer service, and a genuine interest in providing guidance and education.
