Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Academic Coordinator to support the smooth execution of our ACCA programs. The ideal candidate should be passionate about education, possess excellent communication skills, and be eager to grow within a fast-paced academic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in scheduling and coordinating ACCA classes, exams, and faculty sessions.
• Act as a liaison between faculty, students, and the academic management team.
• Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and student performance data.
• Support onboarding processes for new students and provide academic guidance.
• Handle student queries and follow up on academic-related issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of academic activities.
• Help ensure adherence to ACCA guidelines and academic standards.
• Assist in organizing academic events, workshops, and training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management, or a related field.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in academic coordination or administrative roles.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge or background in ACCA curriculum is an added advantage.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
