Academic Co-ordinator Cum Faculty (Male Only)

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic & Classroom Support

• Coordinate with students, parents & faculty for smooth academic functioning.
• Plan & execute academic schedules, test timetables, and exam preparation modules.
• Maintain student attendance, homework, performance reports & progress tracking.
• Conduct student-parent meetings to review performance and improvement plans.

2. Faculty & Student Support

• Mentor students and solve doubts (especially Maths & Physics).
• Conduct & monitor tests, homework checks & assignments.
• Ensure seamless communication between faculty, parents, and students.
• Assist students in study planning, time management & exam strategies.

3. Administrative & Outreach

• Support backend academic work including record keeping & report preparation.
• Participate in seminars, workshops & student awareness programs.
• Collaborate with management for academic events & promotional activities.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience as an Academic Coordinator / Faculty in coaching classes preferred.
• Strong subject knowledge in Maths & Physics (Boards, JEE, CET, NEET).
• Understanding of student psychology and ability to guide them effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office & Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, PPT).
• Excellent communication, mentoring & coordination skills.
• Organised and detail-oriented approach to academic & administrative tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
