We are now hiring Freelance Counsellors who can guide students with clarity, confidence, and care.

Who We’re Looking For

We want passionate and knowledgeable individuals who have:

✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in counselling (career, education, or related fields)

✔ Certification related to counselling, career guidance, education psychology, or student development

✔ Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory) — strong communication is key

✔ Empathy, patience, and the ability to help students choose what’s genuinely best for them

✔ A student-first mindset with zero bias toward colleges or courses

Role & Responsibilities

• As a Freelance Counsellor at Udaan Scholars, you will:
• Provide career, course, and college guidance to students across India (mainly from North India)
• Help students understand options like MBA/PGDM/UG/PG programs
• Support them in shortlisting colleges aligned with their goals, budget, and preferences
• Explain the admission process in a simple, honest, and non-biased manner
• Maintain professional communication over calls, WhatsApp, emails, or Zoom
• Assist students in making informed, confident decisions
• Follow up with students when necessary (we will provide the leads)
• Maintain ethical and transparent counselling practices at all times
• You focus only on counselling — we handle the lead generation.
