Job Description

As an Academic Affairs Program Management Office (PMO) at Micron Technology, your primary role involves developing and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on Surface Mount Technology (SMT) in Modules, SSD, Assembly, Test, Mark, and Pack (ATMP) manufacturing processes. The aim is to equip higher learning institutions with the necessary semiconductor knowledge to support the emerging ATMP semiconductor industry effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver training programs for SMT in Modules, SSD, ATMP manufacturing processes. - Ensure the training programs are comprehensive and relevant for higher learning institutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs to ensure their success. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the training content continually. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Semiconductor Technology. - Previous experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in the semiconductor industry. - Strong understanding of SMT, SSD, and ATMP manufacturing processes. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders. - Ability to stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into training programs.
