Home Testing KitsPersonal care and Hygiene OTC products Pharmaceutical Products Role Overview: The Regional/Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building a high-performing field team, and ensuring strong distributor and retail network presence across the assigned zone. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing P&L for the zone, and ensuring achievement of targets across OTC and pharma product lines. Key Responsibilities: • Own sales targets and revenue growth for OTC & Pharma products in the assigned zone • Develop and execute zonal go-to-market strategy and align with national sales objectives • Build, lead, and coach a team of Area Sales Managers, Territory Executives, and Medical Representatives • Manage and expand distributor and retail network; ensure secondary sales pull • Drive brand visibility and product availability at key retail and pharmacy outlets • Collaborate with marketing team to implement trade promotions, visibility campaigns, and product launches • Track competitor activity and market trends to refine sales strategy • Ensure adherence to compliance, pricing, and regulatory norms • Submit accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics on a regular basis • Travel extensively within the zone to ensure field engagement and performance tracking Requirements: • Graduate in Science / Pharmacy; MBA preferred • 8–12 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a zonal/regional leadership role • Prior experience in OTC and pharmaceutical products is a must • Strong knowledge of distribution models and pharmacy channel dynamics • Proven ability to manage large teams and drive performance • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills • Willingness to travel extensively Preferred Qualities: • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on execution style • High adaptability and problem-solving orientation • Data-driven decision-making approach
